The Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia (AAAA)

The Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia (AAAA) is a growing and diverse organisation of members from a broad range of backgrounds, who all have one thing in common – a passion for aviation. Formed in 1974 by a group of aircraft owners and enthusiasts the AAAA filled the need for an Association to represent the interests of owners of old aeroplanes at a time when aircraft were being exported or forced out of the air by heavy Government charges. 33rd AAAA National Fly-In Echuca 2009
The 33rd AAAA National Fly In was held in Echuca on the 24-26th of April 2009. Rain, low cloud and strong winds resulted in only a handful of pilots being able to fly to the event, however luckily many of our Victorian and NSW members were able to utilise thier ground ground transport to attend. Auster Rally

The success of last year's Auster Rally at Wentworth served as inspiration for this year's event held over October 25 & 26 at Goolwa, hosted at Geoff Eastwood's airfield, and well organised by Mick Wright.
