18 Jun 2014 20:06 | Anonymous member (Administrator)
As you'll have read in the June edition of Rag & Tube, the Committee have proposed a number of changes to the Victorian Model Rules for an Incorporated Association as adopted in November 2013 following changes to the Incorporated Associations Act in Victoria.

The proposed changes are highlighted in yellow and aim to continue with many of the successful aspects of how the association has been managed for its 40 year history.

Click on the link below to view the proposed amendments to the model rules.

Also, as mentioned in the article, in order to affect changes to the rules, a Special General Meeting is required to be held and a quorum of 10% of members (approximately 50) are required to vote - either in person or via proxy. This meeting will be held at 7:30 PM on Monday the 14th of July 2014 at the Limerick Arms Hotel in South Melbourne.

A copy of the notice / proxy / voting form is also available from the link below. If you are unable to make the meeting, please help us ensure we reach a quorum and complete the form and send via mail to PO Box 500, Kyneton VIC 3444 or email to
