EVENT REGISTRATION 

To ensure we can logistically cater for everyone who is planning to attend, we would appreciate you registering your attendance, this will also allow you to book your AGM Dinner tickets as well as purchase bus tickets if you will be using the bus service. Select the REGISTER button above or via the 2019 Spring Fly-in event page on our website.


WELCOME DESK

We will have a roaming welcome desk at Clare to meet you on arrival and ensure you've got everything you need.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS WITH BUS SERVICE:


The following accommodation options will be serviced by the bus. Camping on the airfield is allowed and encouraged, there are toilet and shower facilities in the CVFG club rooms for your use.

MEALS ON THE FIELD:


Saturday Lunch:

Available on the field from 12:00 on a pay as you go basis.


Sunday Breakfast:

Available on the field catered by the Clare Valley Flying Group from 8am on a pay as you go basis.


The CVFG bar will be open on Friday afternoon/evening but no meals will be available. There will also be no breakfast on the field on Saturday morning, so if you're camping make sure you've got provisions.

AGM DINNER TICKET SALES:

The AGM Dinner will be held at the Sevenhill Hotel on Saturday night from 7pm. Tickets are available online only when you register online. There will be no cancellations or sales accepted after the 6th of October as this is the date we are required to confirm a final numbers with the venue. If you have any special needs, please contact Karen Henderson via email to events@antique-aeroplane.com.au


Once you have booked and paid for your dinner tickets, remember to bring your payment receipt with you to the dinner on Saturday night as this will serve as your entry ticket at the dinner venue.


Buses will be available after dinner to get you back to your accommodations.

GROUND TRANSPORT:

A bus service will operate to and from the accommodation list above and will run according to the following schedule leaving from the airport on the hour.  


Bus tickets are $15 per person for the whole weekend and you'll received a wrist band when you register on arrival which will be your bus pass.


Friday: 5pm and 6pm.

Saturday: 9am and 10am then 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm to get to dinner.

Sunday: 8am and 9am

AVGAS:

AVGAS will be available on the field via the CVFG fuel bowser on the field, payment to the club via cash or EFTPOS.
